Clarabóia was selected to screen at Cinema Urbana – Architecture Film Festival Brasilia to be held in Brasilia, DF, Brazil, October 8 – 12.

Katagami will be exhibited at the BWA Wrocław Galleries of Contemporary Art as part of the Wrocław Triennial of Drawing 2019 Animation Program. The exhibition is curated by Maciej Bączyk, Aga Jarząb, and Piotr Kardas and will take place June 14 – July 18 in Wrocław, Poland.

An article by Kevin Dong, published in Luma 015 (4), Winter 2019 contains a perceptive analysis of my short film Porto Landscape as well as other short films in the Forces of Nature program at Artifact 2019.

Porto Landscape received the Premio del Jurado, Categoría Experimental at the 10th edition of Salón Internacional de La Luz. ¡Gracias!

Two new screenings for Clarabóia: Shorts@Fringe at the Azores Fringe Festival (May 24 – June 30) in Portugal and the Analogica 8 touring program at the Echo Park Film Center in Los Angeles, USA (May 26).

Film Loop 34: Ryoanji was selected for the 14th edition of the Montréal Underground Film Festival, taking place May 24 – 26 in Montréal, Québec.

Mototanaka Dérive and Clarabóia are selected for the Moviate Underground Film Festival, taking place May 24 – 26 at the Midtown Cinema in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
